What we do.

Reqlarity offers a small number of services that can be loosely categorised under the headings "culture" and "strategy".

We define "culture" as the way leaders and staff behave, and the choices they make, when neither is watching the other.

We define "strategy" as the set of choices (i.e. 'this, not that') you have made about what you will do for whom, in order to achieve your organisation's aspiration. "Playing to Win" is our strategy tool of choice.

A one-day engagements that produces a clear picture of your existing strategy, without judgement. We document the strategic choices you have made, both intentionally and organically. The process gives you clarity and reveals where there is misalignment. We then consider what has to be true for your strategy to succeed, and document the critical untested assumptions that put your strategy at risk.

Strategy Design

Typically a three month engagement. We lead you through a structured process for making strategic choices about where you play, how you win, and the capabilities to prioritise. The result is a clearly defined, future-focused strategy built on a robust competition of ideas, and grounded in sound logic.
