Assess your current strategy practices

For any winning strategy to deliver on it's promise, you must have practices in place that embed your strategy and make it natural for your people to work confidently in it's service.

Complete the strategy practices self-assessment, thoroughly and honestly (bullshit in = bullshit out) to discover your strengths and where there's room for improvement.

You can keep it just between you and your browser (like "Dr Google" for business), or create and share a team code with your colleagues for an aggregate assessment.

What's the worst thing could happen? You spend a few minutes to find that it really is just a harmless rash, or you may discover where even a little bit of the right treatment could have you healthier than ever.
