Our Approach

This isn't just about fixing what's broken today - it's about building what's possible for your future. Over 12 months, we'll work alongside you through three connected phases that transform how your organisation thinks about, aligns to, and communicates your strategy and purpose.

Understanding our starting point

Every organisation is different, which is why we start by evaluating your current strategy practices across eight critical dimensions - from clarity of direction through to execution discipline. This assessment (using our online tool at reqlarity-tools.io) gives us all an understanding of your starting point, highlighting both your current strengths and the areas where focused attention will create the greatest impact.

From there, you'll identify what's most important for your organisation and what outcomes we'll prioritise. This means that while our approach is proven, how we apply it is customised to your situation so we build on your existing strengths and focuses specifically on your biggest opportunities for impact.

Your winning strategy (months 1-3)

We'll surface the strategy that already exists in your organisation - written, spoken, and assumed - then stress-test it against reality. Through rigorous discovery and evidence gathering, you'll emerge with crystal-clear choices about where you're playing, how you're winning, and what success looks like.

Not a consultant's strategy imposed from outside, but your strategy - evidence-backed, grounded in logic, and owned by your team.

Embed and amplify (months 4-11)

Monthly coaching: Regular sessions with your CEO and leadership team to maintain alignment, work through real challenges, and embed new capabilities as they develop.

The Pact: Your leadership team co-creates the agreements that make strategy execution feel natural. Through collaborative workshops, they'll build practical commitments that create enthusiastic alignment around your winning aspiration.

Customer as Hero: We'll examine your organisation and strategic choices through your customer's eyes to craft narratives that truly resonate. Your team will master telling stories where customers see themselves as the protagonist and your organisation as their trusted guide.

Strategy refresh (month 12)

We'll revisit your winning aspiration, retest assumptions, and refresh your roadmap. You'll finish with not just an updated strategy, but the capability to keep it alive and relevant as conditions change.

Finally we will complete a re-assessment of your strategy practices, and provide you with a detailed assessment of progress made over our 12 month engagement.
